The System

The System

How I ship AI products in days, not months. And how you can too.

Everyone has the tools.
Almost nobody has the system.

Access does not automatically equal execution.

?
The Problem

You've always known what to build.
Now you can.

You've spent years developing commercial awareness, P&L ownership, market positioning, stakeholder management, strategy, brand sensibility, audience instinct, taste, storytelling, and the ability to brief brilliant work.

Want to know the exciting, and slightly scary, bit?
AI can now ingest all of it and turn it into live products.
But critically, with you as its conductor.

Heads of Marketing Creative Directors Strategy Leads 15+ years experience
25+

Live AI products. One person. Four months. No dev team.
That's what one strategist can do now. And you can too.

The Portfolio
Voice agents.
Editorial products.
Strategy tools.
Commerce platforms.
Data products.
Restaurant guides.
Directory sites.
Job application systems.
Campaign tools.
Client prototypes.

All live. All one person. All in four months.

I'm not a developer.
I'm a strategist who decided to build it myself.

The Differentiator

This system works because
your existing
strategic thinking
is the differentiator.
Not the tools.

Every senior leader in this room has something AI cannot replicate: taste, judgement, 15 years of knowing what good looks like. The system gives that thinking somewhere to go.

Background

15+ years in strategy.
Agencies, brands, startups.
Then I started building.

Led digital strategy at R/GA, MediaMonks, Contagious, Poke, AnalogFolk. Clients included Nike, Google, Gucci, Netflix, Unilever and McLaren.

Founded Burst Insights in 2013, a short-form video analytics platform that analysed, ranked and benchmarked 4M+ videos.

Built and led MediaMonks' emerging technology capability from scratch, including Web3, generating $3.2M in revenue. Published author (BCS, 2024). BIMA 100 Tech Pioneer.

The Method

Four steps. Repeat forever.

Brief Plain English
Build AI builds it
Ship Live in minutes
Show Don't tell
01
Lesson 01

Everyone can prompt.
Almost nobody knows how to ship.

Everyone has access to

ChatGPT Gemini Claude Copilot Antigravity Perplexity Midjourney Kling Luma Canva ElevenLabs Lovable NotebookLM Cursor HeyGen Synthesia Notion Runway Zapier Railway n8n

The gap between prompting and building is where most people get stuck.

That's exactly what today is about.

02
Lesson 02

Four outputs per application.
Not a strategy deck about AI.

A tailored CV, an employer-branded landing page, a presentation deck, and LinkedIn updates. Four professional outputs per role, all from one brief, all within minutes.

Let me show you.

I'm going to show you what the system actually produces. One company, full run. Two more as evidence. Watch it score the fit before it builds anything.

The brief is the variable

Job application Board AI strategy New business pitch Product launch brief Client capability deck Team onboarding tool Startup MVP

The job application is just today's example.
The methodology is what you take with you.

The Cohort

What you'll actually build.

  • 1 A brief. Your product, your audience, your angle. The foundation everything else is built on.
  • 2 A live, deployed product. A real URL. Something you can share, show, and build on.
  • 3 A strategy deck built from your brief. Ready to share with a client, a team, or a board.
  • 4 A positioning document. Your thinking made tangible. Shareable the day you finish.
  • 5 The loop. Brief → Build → Ship → Show. Yours to repeat on every project after this.
The Structure

Two weeks. Four deliverables. Yours.

W1
Brief + Build
  • Write your brief — product, audience, angle
  • Learn the Brief → Build → Ship → Show loop
  • Choose your product: pitch deck, team tool, proof of concept, client site
  • Start building in the live session — not after it
  • Daily support in the group chat
W2
Ship + Hand Off
  • Deploy your product to a live URL
  • Build the deck and positioning doc from your brief
  • Direct feedback and refinement with Mike
  • Leave with four outputs and the system to make more

The Real Cost

Speed is now a strategic advantage.
Not just for startups.

What used to cost £50K and take three months now takes weeks and costs significantly less. In six months, some teams will be shipping AI products weekly. Others will still be waiting for sign-off. The gap is already opening up.

3 months → weeks The gap is already opening
Context

What this actually costs elsewhere.

Innovation Consultancy
£50K+
Three months. A detailed report. No product shipped.
Corporate AI Certification Programme
£5K+
8 weeks of theory. Your team gets certificates. Nothing ships.
