What you asked – answered

Claude Pro ($20/mo) is the main tool. That's it for AI. Netlify's free tier handles hosting. So the baseline cost is ~$20/month – less than most people spend on Spotify and Apple Music combined.

The cohort covers exactly which tools you need at each stage, and how to avoid paying for things you don't yet need.

The stack is deliberately simple: Claude Code (the AI that writes and deploys the code), Netlify (free hosting, live in seconds), and a brief document that you write first.

The brief is the most important part. Everything flows from a well-structured brief. That's what separates The System from "just prompting" – you start with strategic thinking, not a chatbox.

The cohort walks through the full methodology: Brief → Build → Ship → Show. Two weeks, two live sessions, one deployed product.

The primary output is a live web page – a proper URL you can share directly. It also exports as a PDF for applications that require file attachments.

Both exist. You choose when to use which. A live URL is generally more impressive in a direct approach; a PDF is needed for ATS upload.

The honest answer: no system optimises for ATS at scale and does it well. The room was right that 700 applications per role go through an ATS – so does every AI-generated CV.

The approach The System teaches is different. It's not about gaming ATS at volume. It's about creating outputs so differentiated that you can pursue direct approaches, warm introductions, and referral-led routes where ATS is bypassed entirely.

The CV and landing page are evidence of what you can do, not optimised keyword blasts. The goal is to get a human to say "I want to meet this person" – not to clear a filter.

Yes, AI can fabricate – and this is a real problem if you give it nothing to work with. The System is built around your actual source material – your real experience, your real clients, your real results. Claude amplifies what's there; it doesn't invent it.

The brief is your protection against hallucination. A well-built brief gives Claude specific facts to work with. It can't fabricate a client you didn't work with or a result you didn't achieve if the facts are clearly stated.

The final review is always yours. Every output goes through a human check before it's live. The system makes that review faster, not optional.

Less than you'd think, but not zero. The better the brief, the less tweaking. A fully structured brief (which the cohort teaches you to write) produces output that's maybe 80% there on first pass.

The remaining 20% is your voice, your specific examples, your editorial eye. That's not a flaw in the system – that's where your expertise makes it yours rather than generic.

LinkedIn does reduce reach on content that reads like AI slop. That's the right call. The distinction that matters isn't "AI-assisted or not" – it's whether the output has a genuine point of view and specific insight.

Generic outputs get buried. Specific, opinionated, human-reviewed outputs don't trigger those filters, because they don't read like AI slop – they read like a person who knows what they're talking about.

Netlify gives you a free subdomain (yourname.netlify.app) in seconds, with no website required. You can deploy to it directly from Claude Code.

If you want a custom domain (e.g. yourname.me), that's about £10-15/year via a domain registrar and takes 20 minutes to connect. The cohort covers both routes.

Yes – get in touch directly and I can hold your spot. The EARLY100 discount (£100 off) expires 24 April 2026, so if you want the founding price, act before then.

Cohort 2 pricing will be higher. The founding price is for people who committed before anyone had done it.

Two weeks, two live group sessions (recorded), and your own building time between them. Most people find 2-3 focused hours per day is enough to keep momentum.

This isn't a passive course. You're building something real. The more time you put in, the better what you ship.

Yes – and honestly, most of what the room described (competitive intel systems, content automation, client pitches, biz dev tools) is exactly what The System is built for.

The job application demo was one example. The methodology works for any product: a client pitch, a consultancy offering, a side project, a market intelligence tool. The brief changes; the system stays the same.
