Three steps

  1. Share workspace access

    You grant read-only access to your Slack workspace. No data leaves your environment beyond the aggregated analysis. We agree scope: full workspace, specific channels, or a defined time window.

  2. Mike runs the analysis (3–5 days)

    The script runs, patterns are surfaced, and the findings deck is written. You don't need to do anything during this phase.

  3. Receive findings deck and debrief

    You get the deck ahead of the session. The debrief is a focused 60-minute conversation: what the data shows, why it matters, and what you might want to do differently.
