The System Webinar April 2026 Live session
63 senior leaders from Google, IBM, Block, Philip Morris International and Kraken attended a 90-minute session built on the OOS framework. The full Ten Beliefs were worked through in real time, with a live Q&A that ran well beyond the scheduled close. The quality and seniority of the audience validated the framework as a serious strategic instrument, not a productivity exercise.
OOS Diagnostic Ongoing Self-assessment
Over 200 people have taken the self-assessment at mikelitman.me/oos-diagnostic and received a personalised belief profile. The diagnostic maps individual responses across the Ten Beliefs and returns a breakdown of where the user sits: builder, adapter or observer. Most people share the result with their team.
The Ten Beliefs essays 2025–2026 Published writing
Published across mikelitman.me/blog, each belief essay has been read by thousands of leaders across the UK. The essays have been forwarded into leadership meetings, referenced in strategy documents, and cited in at least three separate LinkedIn conversations as the clearest articulation of a position the reader had been trying to name. The writing is the primary vector for the framework reaching people who have never met Mike.
