How it works
Each participant completes a short pre-session belief survey, individually and anonymously. No preparation required. Takes eight minutes.
Mike facilitates a 90-minute conversation with your leadership team built around the three beliefs where the data shows the greatest divergence. Not a workshop. Not a seminar. A structured conversation that surfaces what is already true.
Within 48 hours you receive the Belief Map: a single page showing each of the Ten Beliefs, your team's average alignment score, and the specific points of divergence. Yours to use however you choose.
