1. Land the With Moshi pilot
WOW Simply Japanese is the first target. Visit the restaurant, demo the live phone number (+44 7427 901065), and close the pilot. A working case study with real call data is the strongest proof point for scaling to other venues.
2. Process First Order London call results
78 calls in flight from the indie batch. 15% success rate from initial runs with 3 real dish recommendations landed. Process transcripts, match venue names, and populate the site with verified data.
3. Promote The System via private channels
Live demo on Luma (10 April, 1pm BST). Distribution via marketing leaders WhatsApp group, not LinkedIn (active job search). Create discount code for attendees, prep dry run demo, draft WhatsApp message.
4. Ship the next portfolio decks
