How to join

  1. 01 Your team takes the OOS Belief Test at mikelitman.me/oos-belief-test (or the full OOS Diagnostic). Each member completes individually.
  2. 02 Calculate your team average score: add up all individual scores and divide by team size.
  3. 03 Submit via email: your sector, team size, average score, and the belief that scored highest across the team.
  4. 04 Appear on the scoreboard within 48 hours (unverified). Upgrade to verified (£99/month) for a named entry and quarterly update.

Leaderboards change behaviour. Teams that know they are being compared to their sector work harder on the beliefs where they are behind. The scoreboard is not designed to shame -- it is designed to give the belief conversation a concrete stake.
