What it is
Once a month, Mike hosts a 20-minute group call with eight senior leaders. Each session takes one of the ten OOS beliefs and applies it directly to the challenges participants bring in advance. No slides. No pitch. One belief, live problems, a room with a point of view.
The call is free because the conversation is the product.
How it works
Register your interest below. When a session is available, Mike sends dates to the list in order of registration.
Before the call: submit one challenge you are navigating in under 50 words. Anonymous to the group.
On the call: Mike facilitates 20 minutes built around one belief and the challenges submitted. The conversation is recorded for participants only.
After the call: a one-page summary of the belief applied, shared within 24 hours.
