How teams use them

Some use them as meeting openers: one card on the table, one question, five minutes before the agenda starts. Some leave them on desks after an offsite. Some use them in hiring conversations -- not as a test, but as a way to understand how a candidate thinks about uncertainty.

They are physical because physical objects stay in the room after the session ends. A PDF does not.
