OOS Belief Audit
From £4,500 per team
Same 90-minute session. Pre-work diagnostics for every participant. A written team report showing exactly where alignment ends.
The problem it solves
A team of eight can sit in the same room for five years and never name the beliefs they disagree on. Not because they are bad at communication. Because belief-level disagreement is rarely on the agenda.
The Team Edition of the Belief Audit is designed to put it there, once, in 90 minutes, and give the team a written output they can actually use.
What happens
Each participant completes a short belief survey (8 minutes, anonymous). Responses go to Mike before the session.
Mike facilitates a structured conversation built around the three beliefs with the greatest divergence across the team. The conversation is not about selling the OOS. It is about surfacing what the team actually holds.
A written Belief Map: one page, ten beliefs, team alignment scores, specific divergence points. Who agrees. Who does not. What the divergence means for current decisions.
Why £4,500 for a team
One-to-one diagnostics diagnose individuals. Team diagnostics diagnose the system. The £4,500 covers the pre-work analysis across all participants, the facilitation, and the written report.
For a leadership team of six, that is £750 per person -- less than a single strategy consultant day rate -- for a session that surfaces the specific belief-level disagreements that slow every strategy conversation they will have for the next two years.
