Mike Litman
15 years of strategy. 20+ AI-native products shipped. Ready to build what's next in payments and digital identity.
The Opportunity
Mastercard is no longer just a payments company. The Foundry is where that future gets built.
Digital identity, AI-powered products, 0-to-1 innovation — Mastercard is expanding its surface area beyond the card. The Foundry needs builders who can move from concept to shipped product, not just strategy decks.
The Challenge
Most corporate innovation teams stall between concept and launch. The gap isn't ideas — it's the ability to build, test and ship at speed while managing cross-functional complexity. This role demands someone who has actually built 0-to-1 products, not just overseen them from a distance.
The Answer
I'm not a developer. I'm a strategist who builds things.
I've spent 15 years at the intersection of brand strategy and emerging technology — and the last two years shipping AI-native products end-to-end. I built a £3.2M emerging tech business line from zero at MediaMonks, including digital identity propositions. I know how to move from brief to shipped product inside complex organisations, and I've done it for the brands Mastercard partners with every day.

The Approach
The Foundry doesn't need another innovation framework. It needs a repeatable system that turns briefs into shipped products — fast enough to matter, rigorous enough to scale across Mastercard's ecosystem.
Why Mastercard
At MediaMonks I designed globally viable propositions across digital identity, AI and immersive technology. Mastercard's expansion from payments infrastructure into digital identity isn't a pivot — it's the logical next product surface. I launched Cultural Capital with Mastercard as a launch panellist. I've built AI voice agents that sit at the intersection of commerce and identity — authenticating, recommending, transacting. The Foundry is where strategy meets shipping, and that's exactly where I operate.
