Month one.

1 Map the five most ambitious current client relationships and understand where the AI demo gap is — where the conversation has stalled at 'we're interested' rather than 'show us'.
2 Build one proof-of-concept — not for a presentation, for the relationship. Something that changes a conversation. Not a slide. An artefact.
3 Create a repeatable demo framework for the team so the 'forward deployed' capability scales beyond one person. Document the approach so others can replicate it.
